Hizmet

Duopot ortak harcamaları kaydetmek ve kimin kime ne kadar borçlu olduğunu hesaplamak için bir araçtır. Para tutmaz, transfer yapmaz ve banka hesabınıza bağlanmaz. Gösterilen bakiyeler ve kur dönüşümleri bilgi amaçlıdır. Finansal, vergi veya hukuki tavsiye değildir.

Hesabınız

Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Duopot'u en az 13 yaşındaysanız kullanabilirsiniz. Gruba eklediğiniz kayıtları gruptaki diğer kişiler görür. Yalnızca paylaşmaya hakkınız olan bilgileri girin.

Ücretsiz plan ve Plus

  • Ücretsiz plan; sınırlı sayıda grup, grup üyesi, hedef ve tekrarlayan fatura içerir. İlk yedi günden sonra reklam gösterir. Güncel sınırlar uygulamada yazar.
  • Duopot Plus aylık ya da yıllık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, satın almadan önce mağazada yerel para biriminizle gösterilir.
  • Ödeme, onayladığınızda Apple ID'nizden ya da Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa aynı süre ve fiyatla yenilenir.
  • Aboneliği mağaza ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
  • İadeleri Apple ve Google kendi kurallarına göre yapar.
  • Plus'ın kapsamı grup türüne göre değişir. Çift ve ev gruplarında bir üyenin Plus'ı tüm üyeleri kapsar. Gezi ve arkadaş gruplarında grubun sahibinin planı geçerlidir.
  • Abonelik sona erdiğinde kimse gruptan çıkarılmaz ve hiçbir kayıt silinmez. Ücretsiz plan sınırlarını aşan yeni ekleme yapılamaz.

Kabul edilemez kullanım

Duopot'u yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarını rahatsız etmek için ya da hizmetin çalışmasını bozacak şekilde kullanamazsınız. Bu durumlarda hesabı askıya alabiliriz.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Duopot'u olduğu gibi sunuyoruz. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve uygulamadaki hesaplamalara dayanarak verdiğiniz kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal hakları kısıtlamaz.

Değişiklikler ve fesih

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silerek bu sözleşmeyi sona erdirebilirsiniz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz yerdeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

By using Duopot you agree to these terms.

The service

Duopot is a tool for recording shared expenses and working out who owes whom. It holds no money, makes no transfers and never connects to your bank. Balances and currency conversions are for information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 to use Duopot. Everyone in a group sees the records added to it, so only enter information you have the right to share.

Free plan and Plus

  • The free plan includes a limited number of groups, group members, goals and recurring bills, and shows ads after the first seven days. The current limits are shown in the app.
  • Duopot Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in your local currency in the store before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel the subscription in your store settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules.
  • What Plus covers depends on the group. In couple and household groups, one member's Plus covers every member. In trip and friends groups, the group owner's plan applies.
  • When a subscription ends, nobody is removed from a group and no records are deleted. New additions beyond the free limits are refused.

Unacceptable use

You may not use Duopot for anything unlawful, to harass others, or in a way that disrupts the service. In those cases we may suspend the account.

Limitation of liability

Duopot is provided as is. We do not promise it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app's calculations. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rules where you live still apply.
